JOVER HOUSESANDCARS informs web site users about its policy regarding the treatment and protection of personal data of the users and clients coming from internet surfing or service procurement through its web site.
In that sense, JOVER HOUSESANDCARS ensures the fulfilment of the current regulations regarding the personal data protection, contemplated on the 15/1999 Organic Law from the 13th December, on the Protection of Personal Data and on the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of the 21st December, in which the Development Regulation of the Spanish LOPD is adopted.
Data collection, purpose and processing
JOVER HOUSESANDCARS has a duty to inform all web site users regarding the collection of personal data coming from e-mails or by filling the forms which are included in this site. Thus, JOVER HOUSESANDCARS shall be regarded as the controller of the personal data coming through the abovementioned ways.
Likewise, JOVER HOUSESANDCARS informs all users that the processing of personal data collection contemplates:
The attention to requests made by the users, the registration on the contact book, the service delivery and the trade of the commercial relationship.
The transactions, dealings and technical procedures done automatically (or not) allowing the collection, the storage, the modification, the transfer and other actions about personal data, will be considered as personal data treatment.
All personal data, collected through JOVER HOUSESANDCARS web site, will be added into the files declared before the Spanish Personal Data Protection Agency by JOVER HOUSESANDCARS.
Transmission of information to third parties
JOVER HOUSESANDCARS informs all users that their personal data won’t be given to third societies, except if that data cession would be covered by a legal obligation or if a requested service needs a contractual relationship with a third party. In that case, the data cession to the third party will only be carried out if JOVER HOUSESANDCARS has received the consent of the user.
The Organic Law 15/1999 from the 13th December regarding the Personal Data Protection offers the possibility of having some relating rights regarding the personal data treatment to the users.
Meanwhile, user’s personal data are subjected to processing by JOVER HOUSESANDCARS.
Users will be able to exercise their rights to access, modify, cancel and object their personal data as per the current personal data protection law.

That request may have the following information: name and surname of the user, the request, the address and the supporting documents.
The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user. Even though, they can also be exercised by an authorised person or a legal representative of the user. In that case, a credential as user’s representative must be also given as a proof of identity and representation.
